CR Speed and Strength is committed to build each athlete’s self confidence to achieve their athletic and personal goals. All training takes place in a fun and positive environment that allows athletes to be comfortable and get the most out of their training. Speed and agility classes consist of learning the proper running technique to increase linear and lateral speed through powerful and explosive movements. Strength classes consist of learning the correct weight lifting form to enhance athletic abilities. All classes have sport specific programs that are custom made for each individual athlete!
